  • Absolutely. Foundations builds confidence and familiarity with movements, equipment, and studio flow so you feel comfortable joining any class.

  • We’ll tailor every session to your body. Modifications are provided to keep you safe and supported. We do require an initial intake assessment and there is an intake form to help us better understand your baseline.
